First time using this company, I initially set up appointment to have tune-up and possibly search for a leak. Mark, tech/owner came out and arrived on time and looked at my system, he pointed out a few things with the unit. Well, I suspected there was no refrigerant and that was the case hear. He discussed what it would cost to do a leak test, I couldn't afford that option at this time. So, he suggested an alternative, more cost effective for me until I decided to replace the unit in the future. Another thing he pointed out was the fan was blowing the wrong direction. My motor fan went out the year prior and I replaced that but it was wired incorrectly. I felt that he was sincere and I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me anything. Will most likely use them to install my unit when I'm ready to upgrade.
