Ideally I would give 4.5 stars, mainly because it's a food court with little to no AC on 110 degree day it's a bit uncomfortable. The scallion pancake was the best I have come across, bar none, if you like crispy scallion pancakes. The mapo was a bit on the mild side, which is fine it had great nuances of schezuan peppercorns and just the right amount of pork. I am a big white guy so I am used to having ask for things to be authentically spiced and almost always have to ask for chop sticks, same holds true here.
