Update. I received a response from AutoNation that asked me to contact the general manager. I called him 3 times and here's a surprise no response. All I wanted was an explanation for why they continue to use the same tactics they used twenty years ago. It's Steelers like this they give legitimate dealers a bad name. I guess when you work for a company as big as this a little bad press won't hurt you. Again this is a cautionary tale for those of you thinking about using this dealer is your business of choice.
