Horrible service. Dozen people In line. Ask to see a notary, apparently only 1 person in the bldg can handle that. Oh and she's 45 mins behind. And she has somebody waiting for her so it will be 45-60 minutes.
I get the phone # for the branch manager....just rings and rings and then not even a voicemail box. Call the 800 line.
Bad experience.

I came back 5 minutes later and got right in. No waiting! Who's the manager here.....
