I always said if I ever met Christian music artist Chris Tomlin it would be almost as amazing as meeting Jesus.
One of the best days of my life took place at Henderson Pavillion. The Love ran red tour featuring Chris Tomlin, Tenth Avenue North and Rend Collective made a stop at the Pavillion on Saturday April 16th, 2015. I was blessed with front row seats and a VIP pass for a meet and greet with the artist himself.
It was a phenomenal night worshiping our Lord and savior Jesus Christ alongside 2500 others. Such an amazing place to celebrate our God; an outside venue with an intimate feel while under the stars. It couldn't have been anymore perfect than it was.
The stage perfectly setup in the center and with the seats slightly inclined there was not a bad seat in the house, even those sitting in the lawn area had a spectaclar view. The sound system was so loud and clear that every lyric could be heard.
From the ticket scanners upon entering, the ushers to help guide you to your seat location, the vendors at the food trucks to the merchandise sellers, everyone I encountered was extremely friendly. During the meet and greet the security team was professional and patient with getting everything prepared for the artist and all those with VIP passes.
Henderson Pavillion is by far my favorite venue. Having been to hundreds of concerts this has been one of the greatest. There's something special about this venue that makes one feel more connected to the artist performing. I absolutely love the Pavillion and would most definitely come back again.
An easy five stars for Henderson Pavillion!
