  • Great mix of beginners here so you don't feel shameful being that guy who is trying to learn how to lift. Tons of equipment, almost nothing you can't do. Very clean, but the water fountain isn't cold. Super cheap, and lots of friendly regulars. Tattooed guy at the front desk is awesome, always greets me by name, and even gave me some advice on deadlifting the other day. Too bad I can't go on swole patrol and slam weights here, but regardless I love this place.
