  • Salesperson - Scott was great - the rest of the company is HORRIBLE. Ordered a simple 15 x 18 piece of carpet along with upgraded pad. This was not the cheapest bid but with the nice salesperson and being close to the house I went with them. BIG mistake. Scheduled my installation, received my confirmation on Thursday with my window of time for my Saturday installation only to be called late afternoon on Friday leaving a voice mail from the scheduler that my job was too big and would need to be rescheduled!!!! I text my salesperson and he had too verified the install on Friday. Since they didn't bother to contact my sales assc nor send an email/text but just left a voice mail, I did not receive until after hours. Upon speaking with them the morning of my scheduled install when I explained the small job they then said it was because someone called in sick, Really the day before and you have no one else to do a one hour job. I asked to speak to a manager that the more he talked the more he lied. He asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes. Within an hour the accounting manager called she was just as unaccommodating. I had to call them twice on Monday and Valerie, the accounting manager finally called me back to tell me they would rather just reimburse me! Now the zinger she said she wouldn't do it today!~!!! Really 5 minutes to run a credit. I called my credit card company. I am sorry I did not read the reviews on this place before placing my order with them. I most certainly would go some place else as their are too many places in town to do business with rude unprofessional establishment.
