  • After the tragic death of a 6 year old in our family, we had only one day to prepare for a memorial. It was already late in the day before we had large-scale photo collages and several enlargements digitally prepared to print. Understanding the urgency of our situation, Michael Mitchell calmly assured us that the prints would be ready by the time the store closed, (less than 3 hours from the time we dropped the files off), "...no matter what it takes." Saturday evening at 6:55, 5 minutes before the store closed, Alan, the copy/print specialist handed us the finished prints, which, by the way looked fantastic. Their extra effort took some of the pressure off in a difficult time when nothing seemed certain. Both of these gentlemen were courteous, compassionate and professional. Their efforts made a superb photographic presentation available for over a hundred guests at the memorial to enjoy and reflect upon the life of a wonderful child. Many thanks from a new loyal customer.
