  • Had a lifeproof case for an s8 but was upgrading to s9 ... manage Chris said it would be ok to swap out cases because My case was brand new.. only reason I didn't is because s9 lifeproof didn't come with screen protector like s8 did. Couple days later I comeback spoke with catherine again whos very unprofessional when it comes to her job but she was the one whom got clearance from Chris last time... I explained to her I needed a car charger and wanted to buy one and I was swapping my phone out if I can get a screen protector... she swapped out my phone to s9 but only provided me with a screen protector wtf? Uh Chris said it was ok to swap out my case being it was in new condition , which she knew... instead she left me in the store while she was in back on lunch break.... after speaking with David who had prior knowledge of the situation because he previously swapped out my lifeproof after the down volume stopped working enabling to screenshot things on my phone after only 1month of having this life proof case , he swapped it out... thankfully I mean the screen protector catherine put on had fingerprints underneath ... so now I permanently have a finger print on my screen.... then she had the nerve to call me cheap inside the store.... then came outside an called me a bum ... after she sat n the store asking everybody and they mama to go get her lunch.... can u say NO TRANSPORTATION!!! but I'm a bum !!!
