  • I've been getting oil changes here for a couple of years, and was satisfied with the very basic service until my most recent visit. When I picked my car up, it REEKED of cigarette smoke. (My husband and I are nonsmokers, obviously.) My attempts to get in touch with the office or (after voicemails were not returned) corporate Meineke to complain were completely ignored. So if you come here, be ready for your car to be used as an ashtray, and be ready for any feedback after the fact to be entirely disregarded. I won't be returning.
