  • I made an appointment for 11:30 AM for balance and tire rotation. My truck was not ready until almost 2 PM. I was originally told 30-40 minutes. Then it was an hour, then an hour turned into into almost 3 hours. I guess they think we have nothing else to do. I tend to cringe and not believe service people at auto facilities for this reason...you can't believe most that comes out of their mouths. It appears I had to make this visit is for the same type of reason...the dealership didn't rotate the tires as they were supposed to and created issues with my tires. The whole industry needs an upgrade.
