  • I took a client's pet in for grooming yesterday. My client stated that she pays $32 and will tip $4 so that the total should be $36. Upon retrieval of the pup, I was charges $38. Figuring my client may have made a mistake, I have the groomer $40 and asked for change for a $20. I tipped the groomer $5. The lady at the desk took the $40 and said thank you, have a nice day. She never gave me my $2 change. My client called up to complain about the price change and the disregard of the $2 change. They said they would credit the $2 and that it was in the computer that she paid $38 the last time. My client was very upset and looked up her past several months of records. My client had paid $38 including a tip, yet the grooming ha cost $32. Needless to say, my client has decided to find a new groomer. The place was quite unprofessional in how they handled the situation and had a power failure while I was there due to the overload of their equipment. I would not recommend Tip of the Tail. My recommendation is to find another place to take your beloved four legged family member.
