Wanted to try Nice Cream to see if there really was a difference between ice cream using nitrogen vs traditional method.
I had the salted caramel, my bf the earl grey and our friends both had chocolate.
Make sure you have time to wait for your ice cream to be prepared as they mix the ingredients fresh into a bowl and whip it while using the nitrogen right there.
The ice cream itself looked very shiny and had a smooth mouth feel. All of us noticed it didn't taste too sugary but more creamy and didn't leave your pallet feeling coated after, like the regular stuff.
I found it easier to digest and it melted a lot slower as well.
Nice cream is on the pricier side, but something a little different to try out.
Note: there is very little seating inside!
