  • I am a reasonable person so for effort I will give an extra star.. I bought a used car and found out in the first week that it had a lot of mechanical issues. The dealer did what they could to resolve the problem and even offered me out of the car before the third time back to the dealer. They do try, just wish this purchase took less then a month to be drivable and not sitting in a parking lot waiting for parts. They did issue me a rental and no matter how pist I was, they dealt with it kindly and understanding. I would recommend this dealer but only if you buy a BMW only. My car was an off brand and never got properly checked over before it was on the lot for sale.
