  • I am not a regular when it comes to dry cleaning. I need something dry cleaned about once a year. I took a suit into this place because it is very conveniently located for me. I brought the suit in on its nice suit hanger. The lady at the counter, who acted like I just woke her up from a nap, took the suit and gave me a claim check. When I went to pick it up, it was on a wire hanger. I asked the lady where my hanger was, and another lady (presumably the owner) told me that they don't accept clothes on hangers and that if I had given it to them on a hanger, they absolutely, positively, without-a-doubt would have given the hanger back. After arguing with them for a few minutes about the whereabouts of my hanger, the lady looked in a box and retrieved, amazingly, the hanger that I had brought my suit in on in the first place....it must have been a miracle considering the fact that they absolutely don't take clothes on hangers. This place is overpriced anyway, and the people are rude. Even though it's walking distance from my home, I'll never go there again.
