  • Charlie inspected a couple of houses for me and did a great job every time. He is thorough and takes his time. I encountered some issues with the house I am currently buying as the whole bottom floor was previously torn up and replaced due to a plumbing issue but was not initially disclosed. Moreover, the realtor carelessly told us there is Kitec plumbing in the house after the inspection then redacted her statement. Larry, the owner, was very prudent, came out to the house the very next day and rechecked the plumbing and other areas of concern as well as used infrared to check for moisture to put my mind at ease. He also confirmed there is not Kitec plumbing. I can't say how much better I feel. I definitely recommend Bridge Home Inspections.
