  • I completely agreed before with the comments about snarky and rude employees but I just went today to try SAMPLES of things for my over dry face and the fact that I have spent hundreds of dollars the last few months trying to change it. Tonight has changed my mind about the staff. They were so incredibly nice and tried tons of different products to help me better my skin and with the help, honesty and knowledge the women there had, I spent a couple hundred more than I wanted. But I would do it all over again. Sumi was the one who helped me the most and if you ever get the chance to meet her, let her help you because she is beyond knowledgeable and will tell you why your skin is doing what it is doing. She isn't just an employee she travels to different states to train people. She has made me so much more confident with my face and I could not thank her enough. A few other girls helped me and I wish I had gotten there names but I am so in love with this store and these employees. They were so incredibly kind and didn't try to just sell me things for money, they cared!
