  • I still have yet to receive payment for a job I worked promoting perfume nearly 5 months ago. Working in the perfume section actually caused me to have a severe migraine to the point where I was swallowing my puke yet I continued to put on a happy face and strive to be positive and greet/inform customers about the particular perfume I was promoting because times are tough and I really "needed the money".. Well I guess I've learned my lesson, this is by no means a company to work for if you in fact need money. From my personal experience they will completely forget about sending you your check until you become "pushy" with them about it..(hence the name pushmodels) .. They now inform me that my check should arrive by the end of next week. What I would like to know is why I could not be informed about it being sent out at this time 4 months ago?! I don't know if accounting is to blame or what as I can never get a hold of them but I would advise everyone to beware. Being paid in a timely fashion is not something to expect and get ready to be pushy for what you should have earned.
