  • We had two heat pumps that were 25 years old and struggling to keep up on hot days. We decided to check around and get proposals for new systems. Johnny on the Spot was the quickest to respond, and provided a quote for new Trane heat pumps. Joe was very thorough and low pressure, and the quote was very reasonable for high end, very efficient units. They showed up at exactly the scheduled time, very polite, very knowledgeable, finished on schedule, cleaned up after themselves, answered all of our questions. The units worked great and continue to run perfectly. No issues. Our experience with Johnny on the Spot couldn't have been any better. Highly recommended!
