  • I have lived in Charlotte almost my whole life and Cosmos really did start out great. Unfortunately I've given them about 4 chances in the past year and every time I have been more disappointed than the last. The service is beyond awful there and the manager could really care less and that is something that is very apparent to any diner. We were sitting there at a table and they actually removed every single table from around us so we were the only one there...so awkward and really just odd. They were making a dance floor for later but the entire restaurant was empty so why they chose to seat us there I don't know. Every time I've gone I've had to wait at least 45 min for my food and it just isn't worth it. This place may be good for drinks but definitely not for dinner.
