  • I am beyond disappointed they gave me a room with a crap covered sofa bed. I was told to just put a sheet over it and have five year old sleep on it. The guy at the front desk was a jerk and acted like a smart ass when I called and asked for help. So far this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The picture doesn't show just how good this mattress is with it's dark brown stain.
