Class was really challenging and a great high-intensity workout. Rick was the instructor and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to be challenged and motivated at the same time.
The factor that will probably prevent me from going back to the specific location was awkward sales pitch with really bizarre marketing one liners. "What is the thing holding you back from buying a package today?"
I explained to the sales lady that I don't make purchases on impulse and received a blank stare in return... It was incredibly awkward.
But like I said the class itself kicked my ass! Rick was an excellent instructor and I had a lot of fun. The only cons are the sales pitch, The requirement to buy the orange theory heart monitor, ( I'm not purchasing another one just for the class) , and the intimidating attempt to make me buy a pack of a bunch of classes instead of just allowing me to go home and think about it.
If a company truly believes they're providing a good service these kind of sales tactics aren't usually needed
