  • I booked an appointment here based off the many 5 star reviews. Not knowing the area very well, Shannon could not give me precise location of this salon while on the phone. The real problem with that happened when my GPS gave me an inaccurate location for this place. I walked in to the tiny location, which did not reek of the typical nail salon, which was nice. During my appointment with Shannon, she ripped my fingers apart with aggressive filing causing me to bleed, talked to me like I was stupid WHEN she talked to me and was fairly stand-offish. I am used to the people doing my nails initiating conversations, asking questions, talking about random stuff, but Shannon was not like that at all. I was just another customer and I could be there, or not. My nails were beautiful, when they stopped hurting and being scabby, but I will not be returning. OH! And they charge extra for using your debit card. Watch out for that if you are likely to not carry cash.
