  • This place is fantastic. The drive through downtown Monroe has always been a fun one for me and Jampac is a gem amongst the rundown buildings of town. The store is cozy, and by that I mean it's "jam" PACKED with stuff. The store inventory is predominantly vinyl, with a shelf of tapes and some drawers of CDs. The guy running the store is always there and friendly. He's willing to bargain and give anyone a discount if you ask about the prices. For the most part, the records are not new. No new releases by hip local bands or anything of the like, but if you're in the mood for scavenging racks and rows of vinyl to find something fun, this is the place. I even like it better than Lunchbox, to be completely honest. I will add that the one downside is that there is no way to listen to records in the store. But the fun atmosphere and staff win me over for this one.
