  • The wait at this location is always a line of about 10 deep. Very entertaining though. Most people are there for the same thing, to complain about the high prices. I was glad there was a store in Elyria so I could cancel my service and return the equipment. The problem is not with this branch itself, but with Time Warner. Crazy $$$$
