If I could give no ratings that would be best!! Worst experience ever for buying my 1St new car!!
Everything was great the day I went in purchased, signed, and drove off with my 1st new car.
It was so exciting. Then over a week later I get a call how my payments maybe cheaper and to come back in to redo the paper work. I asked what was going on, and I was told the bank wants the loan price lower. Everything sounded to good to be true!
Few days later I go back in, just to be told if they take the bank offer then they want an additional $3500 cash down on my already $1500 cash payment I made 2 weeks earlier.
I said NO they said give us our car back. Thank god I didn't already go to the DMV as I hadall paperwork stating it was mine and loan papers. In the end I no longer have a new car.
I asked why do they let people think they own a car and allow them to drive off, if they never really got an official confirmation on amount from bank. I was told that they allow this when they know or can tell that the person is not a flight risk or going anywhere.
To make things even worse, I sold my old car as I t was no longer needed Hey I have a new car.
So in the end I'm scammed into thinking I own a new car, loose new car, loose old car and Now this single mother who bust ass to do good and make it in this world 100% me, is now at the bottom thanks to their shady business. Like just getting a replacement is easy. SMH..
Wont recommend this place period.
They may want to rethink their business/Financing rules.
Do NOT leave with a car until you know its in stone. They wouldn't let me see any paper work from bank when I went back. So do what you can to ensure you too don't get played.
