****DO NOT BUY GROUPON DEAL; HONESTLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM A SPA**** I purchased a Groupon Gift voucher for my sister as a Christmas gift for this spa. My sister went in to use it and since she was a prior customer she was not allowed to use it, which is understandable. However, she told my sister I could gift it to someone else. I chose to give it to my mom. My mom went in to use the gift voucher and the masseuse, Jessica, told my mom she was no longer taking the groupon vouchers since she was having difficulties with them. Instead of providing the service which the groupon was valid for, which was 60 minutes, Jessica only did 30 minutes since she did not have time to fulfill the entire service. I contacted Groupon reference this incident and they advised this should not have happened and they would be investigating the matter. Even if there was a miscommunication or difficulty between the Spa/Jessica and Groupon, why should the customer suffer and not get what they were promised when they paid? This is the worst customer service I have experienced at a spa. I HIGHLY DO NOT, DO NOT, recommend this spa. Save your money to a more respectable business.
