  • Renewing health card on a Saturday. Line up? Looonngggg. And how long? Over an hour to get to the counter from the line outside System came up and renewal could be done only at the main offices like the one at Cedarbrae mall along Lawrence. Wasted the morning lining up but fine. Just follow the system. Wait, I have to drive down there to Scarboro? I checked their website and they are f****** closed. I then called the office and voicemail did confirm that office is mon to Fri only. I went back in to talk to the same ladies in the office - if facing the counter, the two farthest right. Their replies? - website is not updated - no they are open... - why don't you drive down and check it See what I mean by one star? Avoid this place if you can.
