  • As SNL said so accurately: "where the draws? On the floor! Everything is on the floor" This is the worst H&M in NEO I am pretty sure. Limited mens selection, unhelpful disinterested employees (even for H&M) and generally totally a mess and dirty. It's a shame because I go to this mall for Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack but try to go to different H&Ms. Westlake and Strongsville are a hundred times better.
