When I saw their rating so low, I kind of felt "Phew! Not just me!".
A woman answers my phone call and interferes me when I am talking, "So, what's this regarding, ma'am??" Clearly she has no patience in listening to my explanation.
- Too busy to listen to your customers' problems?
Not our problem. Sort out your manning situation. Don't take it out on us.
- Don't like your job answering phone calls?
Not our problem. Find some other job. Stop driving your customers away.
I explained to her what my problem was, she said "Alright. Sounds good."
Well. Your customer has a problem with her TV that she bought, and that sounds good to you? You seriously re-consier career change.
The manager by the name of "Bandelee" is also condescending, inpatient and loud.
She sounded more like "Yeah. Whatever. It was someone else who dealt with this. Not my problem. Not my fault. Yeah, I will let him know you called. Bye."
No apologies offered :)
It's sad how these people automatically become very defensive and aggressive when dealing with complaints. That is typical of those who do not have the patience and genuine interest in customer satisfaction.
Shame.
