| - I have had a lot of excellent massages at the Chagrin location, especially with Raven. (And I'm a very experienced client.)
However, because I had to schedule my long massages so far out with all but the newest therapists, I decided to leave the membership program after well over a year.
(I also had had a noise disturbance during one session a while back, and the mgr Linda offered merely a free aromatherapy for the next session. I didn't feel that showed her taking the disturbance seriously, even though I know there's a lot more to managing a place like that than a little concern of mine.)
All of that would have been ok, and not prompted me to write a review. But this was the most important issue ... to forewarn others: To cancel my membership after I had fulfilled the year, I had to go to the store, and do it in person. They wouldn't even allow faxing.
Also, I've learned from someone who applied for a job there that the therapists are paid so little, according to her, that the client really need to tip very generously in accord with their suggested amounts for non-members even if you're a member.
My stars are a reflection on the store, not the therapists.
