  • With the recent purchase of Virgin America by Alaska Airlines, their service continues to be consistently good. Their airport agents to their flight crew have always provided me a pleasant experience. My flight with Southwest leaving SFO was delayed more than 6 hours. I don't think I've had good luck flying on business with Southwest which is why my company uses them sparingly. I called our corporate travel and they booked me with Virgin down to the last hour. I made my flight and the staff with Virgin America were so awesome that they got me on board seamlessly, and I made it to Las Vegas stress free. Thank you Virgin America!! PS - you can now use your elevate points with Alaska! Woot-woot! Cheers!
