  • I don't know what to think of this company at this point. I had called early this week to set up a quote for urgent work due to rot/leakage in my roof. The appointment was set for this Friday at 2pm. Bob & Kevin were highly referred to me by a trusted neighbor and they just recently completed roofing work there. Just this afternoon I received a call informing me that my appointment was being cancelled due to Bob being out sick and it was unable to be rescheduled. They didn't offer to contact me back at a later time to reschedule or anything - when I said, I'm confused, is this being rescheduled or cancelled I was told "You'll just have to find someone else." WOW! Very unprofessional feeling call. Very disappointed as I had been waiting to get this quickly addressed and the company came highly recommended. Disappointing they didn't even attempt to provide me another referral for the work to a reputable company.
