Just got back from LV for a few relaxing days and it was a delight staying at the new Palazzo resort. The hotel is a great choice for anyone wanting to be the Center of attention-- or where all the fun attractions are on the Strip.
Connected w the Venetian, Palazzo offers newer suites with better upgrades -- such as the 3 TVs (Plasma HD in the living room, an even bigger screen in front of the bed(s), and also a small LCD in the corner of the bathroom on the ceiling for those serious shower/tub potato watchers!) Digital scale =maybe not a good idea for those weight watchers coming back from a buffet...hmm
The beds are comfortable, cushy with 4 pillows, and the sofa in the living room turns into a sleeper if you have extra guests. There is a safe, and printer/scanner/copier & WiFi for a charge, but beware of the mini-fridge! Loaded with unnoticeable sensors, items that are moved or taken out may cause the automatic computer system to go trigger happy on your suite and charge up a hefty room tab for uneaten snacks/unopened beverages. Front desk can take care of that for you if you decide to keep your own drinks cool in there.
One star off for charging guests for usage of the gym/fitness areas when staying here. Shouldn't it be free if you already pay that much to stay in a fancy top rated resort? Other than that, everything went well and I would come back when in the area.
