Pros:
-Quiet; we're in the rennovated part of Onnix so updated appliances, granite countertops, tile, the works. Way better than the crappy student housing/rental homes near ASU.
-Maintainance requests were answered and fixed within 24 hours for us. I guess new management has fixed problems from old management.
-free events are pretty chill
-right across from a decent sushi place
Cons:
-Only three exits all on the same side of the street to get in/out of the complex. It SUCKS having to turn left out of the complex in the mornings during rush hour with the asshole drivers of AZ; the street becomes a vicious scene also during late rush hour (5-6pm) to the point of there being two accidents right outside the apartment entrance. If you're going into the complex anytime from 5-6 m-fri, plan to make a right turn to get in. Whatever you do don't try to make a left into the complex; it's basically impossible without almost getting wrecked.
-Overpriced. I mean you get what you pay for but I think at least internet should be included for the premium we pay (internet/water/sewer/etc are all not included and you have to go through SRP. )
-the 1BR is a bit smaller than what we thought and what the floor plan made it look like
-none of the igniters on the bbq grills work
-the boiler breaks about once a month. Constant no water.
EDIT: has been bought out by Mark Taylor. Management is too busy trying to get new people in to help you at the front desk and nobody checks maintainence requests. I've had some pending for several months. I've called and nobody has answered and this was well within business hours and not lunchtime. I've left messages and nobody has returned them. Not renewing our lease here!!!!! Oh and while moving out they claimed we didn't pay last months rent but we did!!!
