  • "Deer in the headlights" Worse experience ever and I love Smash Burger. The utensils were not well stocked, it took 15 mins to get an order of Brussels sprouts and a cob salad It wasn't even that busy. When I took my to go order home they forgot my ranch dressing While sitting there waiting for my food the front staff and the kitchen staff looked very disorganized and disjointed Lastly, the orders that were coming out for the fee customers there were either wrong or folks were missing their food completely I would recommend smash burger but not this location Never again! This franchisee should review who he has working for him or her . yikes !
