  • So apparently when you verbally tell them that you are not renewing your lease on your apartment, and don't give them a paper notary proof that they will charge you after you move out, even if you do a walk thru on the apartment with a office worker before leaving. I was there for 13 months and within the 13 months, my dishwasher caught on fire and then there was other little issues with my apartment that they came and fixed for me. But again since I didn't have paper proof they fixed those things for me, even though I called the office asking for them to have someone to come out and fix these things, they are charging me for a new dishwasher, plus the damages the worker did to my kitchen in the process of putting the dishwasher in, even though the day it happened I complained to the management. So pretty much if you want to get put together on an apartment that will drag your credit score down the drain, look no further you found it. If anyone has any recommendations on a leasing lawyer, I would love his/her's information because I would love to talk to them!
