  • When we bought our living room set we were given a store credit as a promotion and told we had 1 year to use the store credit. We came back 11 months later to use the credit and the manager told us we only had 6 months to use it even though it was still on our account and he could see the credit. He told us over and over that we could not use it since it was past 6 months and finally relented when threats of getting an attorney involved. Not happy with our experience at The RoomStore.
