  • I've lived at Spectra for just over 6 months now and it is one of, if not the best apartment communities I have ever lived at. I have lived it at 5 so that is saying a lot! The front office staff is extremely helpful and has always been kind and responded to me promptly. Ciara, Tara, Sarah & Veronica are the best! As far as the unit itself goes, it was in great shape when I moved in and I have had no issues. Haven't had to put in any work orders; this was a huge issue at a couple of the other properties I've lived at. Everything feels so new in my unit and looks even better. The grounds are always kept pristine and the pools are amazing. They do a great job keeping everything clean and I really feel safe here. Overall, it has been a great experience living here and I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family.
