  • These guys are great! They handle everything in-house. From security video to alarm systems, even the door locks. I appreciate that its a one-stop experience, and I only have to deal with one point of contact. John is the owner, and I like that he gives direct, person-to-person support. If you call a bigger company, you are just a number, but John knows all his customers by name. You still get the same (if not better) monitoring & response service as the big guys, but the benefit of going with a mid-size, local, family-owned business is that you are doing business with an actual person - not a nameless corporation. His prices are fair. He's not the cheapest, but would you really trust your home & family security to the cheapest company? When it comes to home security you get what you pay for.
