  • Melissa is the only reason I go. I've tried others and they are not worth it. Melissa gets a 5 Star. The policies of being able to freeze or not freeze account are horrible. They pull money out even if you stop. They make it impossible to quit. If you have paid for massages and you freeze account, they steal these from you. No wonder they are in a class act lawsuit. Management doesn't help. They tell you they are going to email you documents to cancel but in the email is blank. You have to physically go in and cancel because they make it impossible over the phone. I've tried to quit now over a week and I told them that I would be there today to fill out paperwork to cancel 100% and they took my money out of my account this morning. I found out that member massages are $49- per hour. And they have been pulling out $59- per month.. no one knows where the remainder of my funds went since 2013. Seriously a Scam.
