  • For me, not being from the East Coast, or Italian, Grimaldi's crust is way too thin. It's almost not there! I prefer a more substantial crust. Doesn't have to be pan pizza, just something to hold the toppings without becoming a soggy, wet piece of paper like substance. Sorry Grimaldi's. My friends, all from the East and all Italian, love it.
