| - Horrible customer service & LATE on their quoted pick-up time! I dropped off my small dog for full grooming service at 9AM appointment & was quoted to pick her up at noon.
As I am driving back to pick up my dog at 12:21PM, I called to make sure that she was ready & the rude groomer alleged that my dog won't be ready for another hour because "they had another big dog that required more time than anticipated." The groomer (White large female with short hair & tattoos) faked an apology, AFTER I expressed my disappointment. We had an out-of-town guest, starving, waiting for me to come home, so we can all go to lunch.
First, WHY didn't she call me to inform me that my dog's appointment is behind. I wasted so much time driving all the way to the groomer, and having to turn around & apologize to my guest.
Secondly, when I picked up my dog, another groomer told me that next time to let them know what time I needed my dog by. Are you F$*King serious???!! They were at fault for running late; and tried to turn this situation around on me as if I was at fault for their mistake?!!
Third, the first groomer was so RUDE for not greeting me when I first walked in. Not to mention it was my first time there! I literally stood in the building for a few minutes, before she moved her lazy ass to the reception area to talk to me. And I know she noticed my entrance because the door beeped when my dog and I entered. Normally when businesses don't greet the customer right away, I walk out. But, I was desperate to have my dog groomed, one day before my house party, which was why I used their grooming services.
