  • Hamra helped me to get the prongs on my engagement ring tightened. I have only been engaged since last September and was really upset when I noticed my center stone seemed loose. I went to several stores to have it looked at by the jewelers and had no luck. No one made me feel comfortable with their work and assessment of what had to be done. I went to Hamra off of a referral from my insurance company. The Jeweler looked at it and told me he could see it was loose and needed to be tightened. I brought it in and when I picked it up, to my pleasant surprise the Jeweler also re-plated the rhodium on the ring. The ring is great now that the Jeweler got it all fixed and back to itself again. It was also cleaned and polished (this was a standard service I was told whenever the Jeweler preforms work on your jewelry). Great standard!! :) This store is also family owned, and I happen to find that to be another great up side to it. I will be going back the next time I need maintenance and also to have my ring cleaned again before my wedding!! I will also be referring friends who have similar rings.
