I'd been wanting some Pho for some time and decided to stop one afternoon to kill my craving. The seating was a bit crowded, they were very busy and it was somewhat loud with the boisterous conversations but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Even though it was busy service was fast and efficient. I ordered the #44 Hu Tieu hay Mi Tom Cua (noodle soup with shrimp, crab and egg) and was not disappointed. I garnished it with the bean sprouts, basil and jalapeno along with some extra sauce to give it a bit more kick and paired it with some warm sake. I took my time enjoying the flavors as well as the atmosphere. I haven't tired many Vietnamese restaurants so I am by no means a connoisseur but I will say I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch.
