| rev:text | 	The food here is good and that is the ONLY reason I give it a 2 star!  today's display (or I should say lack of) customer experience left me not wanting to return.
I work in the office complex within walking distance to the VSC.  I have been here many times.  This was a Tuesday during the Waste Mgmt Open.  It was busy.  I waited 35 min for my food and watched numerous people who ordered AFTER me, get their food, eat and leave.  At 40 mins, I got up and asked Where my food was.  I got a very unconcerned response, "I'll check", no apology!  She then said, they are working on it now...really?  I've already been waiting 40 mins and they just now making it?  I waited another 10 minutes before they brought my food over.  Now I notice EVERYONE who ordered after me, including the guy who order just after I inquired about Where my food was, got his food, ate and already left!  Then my soup was the wrong soup!!!  We got a very unsympathetic "sorry about that".  Nothing else, no "I'm so sorry, we screwed up and lost your order" NOTHING!!!  I am so upset with the lack of customer experience I won't be returning despite I work in the complex and despite the good food!  Just horrible customer experience! |
