  • I read all the Yelp reviews and thought the hotel would be alright, it wasn't The drapes were hanging off the curtain rod and the room smelled. I could live with that, but I requested a 4:45am wake up call AND set the alarm. I woke up one hour before my flight never receiving the call and the alarm did not work. After racing to the front desk to catch the shuttle, I was informed that the shuttle driver was at Home Depot, not kidding. The front desk clerk did not care that I didn't get the scheduled wake up call and didn't apologize. I made the flight, I was the last one on the plane. Never again.
