  • This is for the service department headed by chief liar Alfredo Zambrano. And before you say oh this is a guy with a gripe- just look at my stats. Do I have one or two reviews? No. Do I give all 5 star or all 1 star reviews? No. So unlike Scott Clark's service staff I'm an honest person. So what's the problem with this place? Well for starters they shuck out of doing warranty work. Two they lie about why they won't do the work. And three if you want to hear some of the stupidest lying you could this side of a 15 year old, go see Michael Redwine. Oh as polite as can be. But lying them STUPID lies right to your face like it doesn't matter. They can't check a rain leak today because it's not raining??? So why can't you use a water hose and see if you spot leaks? Oh cuz that won't work. Well Mikey was right about one thing- it don't matter. Getting his boss Alfredo wasn't going to help. Calling Nissan customer service wasn't gonna help. Hope you reading this helps you. You want to STAY AWAY from Scott Clark Nissan - unless you like that sort of polite yes sir lying.
