  • Horrible experience for all 3 bridesmaids! We were all a bit worried to begin with, because they made us try on different style dresses that were the same size, stating they'd all fit the same. Once ordered, we were told we'd be contacted when the dresses arrived. 4 months later and no phone calls! After numerous attempts to track down our dresses, they all started coming in, as if they had just been ordered. (They never submitted them) Each time we came in to get the dresses or be fitted, the staff was unhelpful and rude with rare exceptions. One dress was even manufactured wrong, probably because of the rush order once they realized their error! The skirt was reversed, with the front longer than the back! Stay away if you want a pleasant dress experience!
