I came here last night for my birthday with a reservation made three days in advance for preferable rooftop seating, 8-10 people. We were told the rooftop was full, yet when we went to take pictures of the view there was a COUPLE taking up a long table alone up there. We were seated outside on the patio on the bottom floor. We waited 1.5 hours for our food, after having to specifically request to order appetizers and food. After finally receiving the food (most everyone got burgers), we concluded that it was not worth the wait and was sub-par in taste.
Pros:
The view on the rooftop is beautiful, especially during sunset. Drink service was mostly quick (in the beginning). Pretzels with beer cheese were amazing.
Cons:
Slowest service I've ever received. It was a Tuesday so I'd hate to think this is how service is during busier times on weekend or at brunch. Burgers had no sauce or cheese. Salad was whole romaine pieces which needed slicing; lettuce was grilled/charred which made the taste kind of odd. Not accommodating at all for a large group or apologetic about the bad service until the very end of the meal when it was time to pay/tip.
The only thing that made this meal bearable was that I was with a large group of people so we could entertain ourselves by talking. After two hours, we were starving and all talked out. We contemplated leaving multiple times but decided to stick it out and give this place the benefit of the doubt - don't. Overall, it didn't make for a good birthday meal and I was disappointed.
